PAYMENT TERMS

Full payment must be received at least 3 business days prior to your session to keep your spot. Prompt payment is appreciated to prevent us from getting delayed on starting. 

Monthly plans are invoiced at the beginning of each month. 

Payment plans for a VIP Day or VIP Week are available by request, but full payment must be completed before we start the service you have booked.

Ahead of starting our work together I will invoice you the amount owed along with instructions on how to submit payment via PayPal.

The specific terms for your services or plan will be clearly defined in your contract.

SESSION CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULING POLICY

If you need to miss or reschedule a session, I ask for 24-hour notice, no-show sessions will be charged a $75 cancellation fee. 

SERVICE CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

Your satisfaction is important to me. Refunds for services already performed cannot be refunded as you’ve already received my time and I can’t get that back. If you are unhappy with something at any point in our coaching relationship, please let me know so I can try to adjust and make things right.
