PAYMENT TERMS

Full payment must be received prior to me starting work on your manuscript. Ahead of starting work, i will invoice you the amount owed along with instructions for submitting payment.

The specific terms for your services or plan will be clearly defined in your contract.

SERVICE CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

Your satisfaction is important to me. Refunds for services already performed cannot be refunded as you’ve already received my time and I can’t get that back. If you are unhappy with something at any point in our editing relationship, please let me know so I can try to adjust and make things right.
